Professor Dong Introduction:
 Professor Dong, majored in casting process and equipment in Machinery Engeering Department, and graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1982. He mainly do research for metal wear-resistant material, wear composite material, special casting skill,mold design and Producing technology.
At present he presides over one subject of scientific research of college level and two subjects of scientific research of provincial STA. His thesis has been published about more than 30 articles in recent years, one of which is recorded in EI. Professor Dong acquired two second prize of scientific and technological achievements, had six patent applications.
Mr.He Introduction：
 Mr. He, one of our main technicians, specializes in doing research of chemical composition and technological process of wear-resistant materials. With more than 10 years casting experience, he have had a deep understanding and research of chemical composition and casting skill for different casting. In our factory, he is mainly in charge of examining product drawings, determining components and casting process, and then hand down the exact request of casting in production.
